You should note that the product arrives in 3 separate boxes and must be assembled. The individual sections are heavy so the instructions recommend two people to do this.
I feel the ad for this should say Assembly required (there was no such warning when I ordered this product).
Once assembled its worked fine and provides a good workout with minimal stress on joints. I'm happy to have it.
